Biography (1)

  • Md. Atauzzaman currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Pabna University of Science and Technology. He was born into an aristocratic Muslim family in Meherpur. He received his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) and master's degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental) from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). His research mainly focuses on Civil Engineering, Waste Management, and Water Quality. He served as an Assistant Director (Civil) at the Bangladesh Bank (Central Bank of Bangladesh), Assistant Engineer at the Bangladesh Power Development Board, and Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at the World University of Bangladesh. He was also an Assistant Proctor at the Pabna University of Science and Technology. He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
